  • Maintaining the management of incidents and accidents detected in any SAI-BR process;
  • Maintaining guidance on the risk of handling chemical products when applicable to any activity carried out by SAI-BR;
  • Ensuring the safety of activities involving machine and equipment safety before carrying out said activities;
  • Complying with legal and other requirements applicable to SAI-BR’s operations;
  • Eliminating hazards and reducing Occupational Health and
    Safety risks in our processes;
  • Encouraging employee consultation and participation in OHS processes*;
  • Continuously improving our management system in OHS* processes.

Business Ethics

  • Maintaining ethics in the company’s business, respecting the commercial policy adopted by SAI-BR;
  • We do not tolerate corruption on the part of SAI-BR employees or suppliers;
  • We do not accept practices of extortion and bribery, either internal or from stakeholders;
  • Safeguarding the right to privacy of its employees and other stakeholders, also protecting the disclosure of information not expressly authorized;
  • Maintaining the financial responsibility of the business, keeping in good standing with the relevant bodies;
  • Taking a stand against the formation of cartels and focusing on fair competition with competitors;
  • Preventing situations of conflict of interest and dealing with them appropriately if detected;
  • Maintaining a supplier management policy, not admitting suppliers liable to sell counterfeit parts;
  • Protecting the intellectual property of the company and its stakeholders;
  • Suppliers must respect export controls and economic sanctions in the type of market and country in which they operate, complying with current legislation;
  • Safeguarding the identity of whistleblowers, protecting their integrity and preventing retaliation.
